the town of New Windsor, in Carroll county, be
and the same is hereby revived and renewed, and
all laws and ordinances passed by said Corpora-
tion, and all Acts that have been done not incon-
sistent with the provisions of said Act while in
force, be and the same are hereby rendered as
valid and effectual as if the said Act of incorpora-
tion had not expired.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That Section the
fourteenth of said Act of incorporation is hereby
repealed and made null and void, and that the fol-
lowing Sections be added in lieu thereof.

pealed.

Sec. 3. And be it enacted. That the limits of
said town shall include all the property for sanita-
ry purposes within the following lines: Beginning
at a sycamore tree, on Dickerson's branch opposite
the foot of Main street, running South Bast with
said branch to the mouth of the Race, thence with
the North East side of the mill dam to Chews'
bridge, leaving the dam and bridge outside the
Corporation, then North East on the West side of
the road to the division line between Jesse Lambert
and B. W. Bugler, leaving said road outside of
said Corporation, then with said line to a point
directly opposite the line between A. H. Baker
and Josiah Hibbord, on the east aide of Calvert
college, then from this point Northerly through
the land of A. H. Beaker to the division line be-
tween said Baker and Hibberd to the North East
corner of the land of said Baker to a ten pin alley:
then Westwardly with the lines between said
Hibberd, Baker, Frownfelter and others, to the
lands of D. H. Maynard, then with a straight line
North and parallel with said Maynard's garden
fence, then to the garden fence and with it to said
Maynard's outer gate, then with a straight line to
the sycamore tree, the place of beginning.

Town limits.

Sec. 4. And be it enacted, That no land within
said Corporation not fronting on any street or road
shall be subject to taxation, but all front lots in
said town fronting on any street shall be subject
to assessment and taxation.

Sec. 5. And be it enacted, That this Act of in-
corporation shall in no wise exempt the County
Commissioners from keeping the county roads
