Also, House bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact with amendments chapter 102, of the Acts of 1894, entitled an Act to incorporate the town of Hyattsville, Prince George's county, Md., and to create therein a governing body by the name and style of the Mayor and Common Council." Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas and nays." Which was read the first time and referred to the Com- mittee on Corporations. Also returned, Senate bill No. 149, entitled "An Act to regulate elec- trical wiring and installation in the State of Mary]and to prevent incompetent persons from engaging therein, and to provide for the appointment of a commission to super- vise and enforce the provisions hereof.'.' Endorsed: "Unfavorably reported by Committee on Judiciary and report adopted." Also, returned, Senate Resolutions in regard to the Winnie Davis Chair of History at Limestone College, Georgia." Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas &nd nays." At 10.45 P. M., On motion of Mr. Moore, The Senate went into Executive Session. At 10.50 P. M., On motion of Mr. Putzel, The Senate resumed Legislative Business At 10.55 P. M., On motion of Mr. Moore, The Senate adjourned. |
