And the said Randall by his Attourney Henry Smith saith That the
said John became Indebted unto the said Randall the summe of
six hundred pounds of Tobacco & Caske & one months worke to be

1674 plainely will appeare; but the sd: John fraudulently intending
refuseth to pay the Aforesaid summe of 600lb: tob: & Caske & the months
worke Although thereunto hath severall times bin Demanded whereby
the said Randall is Damnified & hath Dammadge to y vallue of
1800lb: tob: & Caske & thereupon brings his Suite ; / ; ~ ~ ~

And the said Randall by his Attourney Henry Smith saith That y
said John became indebted unto the said Randall the summe of
Two Thousand Two hundred and eighty pounds of Tobacco & Caske
as pr his Accot: here in Cort: produced more plainely will appeare
but the said John fraudulently intending refuseth to pay the
aforesaid summe of 2280lb: of Tobacco & Caske allthough Severall
times hath bin thereunto Demanded whereby the said Randall
is Damnified and hath Dammadge to y vallue of Three Thousand
pounds of Tobacco and Caske & thereupon brings his Suite ; / ;
