Capias being issued out against mr: Randall Revell
Late of this County in a plea of trespas upon y Case &c
in the Sute of William Johnson the said writt

Whereupon William Johnson for himselfe saith that the said
mr: Randall Revell in the month of Aprill in the XXXvth:
year of the Dominion of the Rt: honble: Caecilius &c Annoq
Domini one thousand six hundred sixty seaven Did for
the Consideracon of A periwigg, give grant allienate and
Sell unto him the said William Johnson one yearling heiffer
with her Increase for ever; The said heifer having had
Severall Calves Since and he the said William Johnson
having Demanded the said Cattle of the said mr: Revell
but he the said Randall Revell Little Regarding the then
Sale hath and Still doth keepe away and Detaine the
said Cattle from him the said William Johnson whereupon
