And whereupon the said Randall Revell by his Attorney
and assigne Katherine Revell the wife of the said Randall
Revell saith That he the said Thomas Poole in the month
of March in the XXXXth: year of the Dominion of the Rt: honble:
Caecilius &c Annoq Domini one thousand six hundred seaventy
one Did Desire the said Randall Revell to Lend him A woman
Servant for present occasion whereupon the said Randall Revell
Did Lend him A woman Servant but the Attorney and assigne
of Randall Revell demanding this woman Servant he the said
Thomas Poole Denyeth to part from her and Still doth and by
violence forceth the Servant to Stay in his house the plaintiffe
being much Dampnified thereby and hath Dammage to y vallue
of three Thousand pounds of tobacco And thereupon brings
his Sute &c. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
The Deft: pleades And Saith that the Servant was deed to
him from mr: Revell And hath paid for the said Servant
yett if they will let him have Another Servant in the roome
of her they may have her but untill then he will keep
the Servt: & desires that mr: Revell may prove that the
Servant was lent: And produceth this deposicon ffoll

June y 10th: 1672
Mary Perymane About eighteene or nineteene years
of age saith that when mr: Poole fetch her from mr:
Revells that She being much troubled that must leave
mrs: Revell & grieved mrs: Revell said unto her goe
for A while and I will have the againe and Send
Another in thy roome and further saith not
Sworne before mee John Winder
