Abraham Wright and Thomas Miles his Securities in the Sum of six hundred and thirty four
pounds, ten shillings, and by the Petition of Thomas Miles, one of the Securities above men-
tioned, it appears that a considerable part, and best, of the land for which the bond was given,
and which was intended to have been sold, was not included within the lines on a survey being
made, that Abraham Britton the principal in the bond has removed out of the State, and left no
property behind him, that Abraham Wright the other Security, is insolvent and that the
Petitioner has been in confinement on account of the said Debt, by which he has suffered
greatly, that he has a wife and five Children to support and no person to labour for them but
himself. Several respectable Characters of Baltimore County having certified their belief in the
facts as stated in [p. 93] the said Petition to be true, and Luther Martin Esq'r. in his
letter to the Agent corroborates the facts respecting Britton and Wright, and as to the family
