Ordered That the Western Shore Treasurer pay to Joseph Clark
Seven hundred and fifty pounds on Account to be expended in the
public Buildings.

The Council preceded agreeably to the Constitution and Form of
Government to the Choice of a Counsellor in the Room of Gabriel
Duvall Esqr. who hath resigned when William Paca Esquire was
elected.
