The Honorable James Hindman

John Davidson Esquires.

Ordered that the Western Shore Treasurer pay to David Ross
Esquire Fifty seven pounds, fifteen shillings Current Money for his
Attendance in Congress per account passed by the Auditor General.

His Excellency William Smallwood Esquire attended.

Tuesday 7th. August 1787

The Council met.

Present His Excellency William Smallwood Esquire.

John Davidson Esquires.

Ordered that the Western Shore Treasurer pay to Benjamin
Nicholson Esqr. Sixty two pounds, ten shillings Current Money for
One Quarter's Salary as Judge of the Court of Admiralty due the 1st.
Instant.

That the said Treasurer pay to John White One hundred and one
pounds, five shillings Current Money for One Quarter's Salary as
Commissioner due the 1st. Instant.

That the said Treasurer pay to John Wright Thirty three pounds
fifteen shillings for One Quarter's Salary as Clerk to the Commis-
sioner due the 1st. Instant.

[p 253] Ordered that the Western Shore Treasurer pay to John
Rogers Esquire One hundred and eighty seven pounds, ten shillings
for One Quarter's Salary as Chancellor due the 1st. Instant.

That the said Treasurer pay to Colo. John Hoskins Stone Forty
two pounds, three shillings and nine pence Current Money being
One Quarter's half pay due him to the 1st. Instant.

That the said Treasurer pay to Frederick Green Ninety three
pounds fifteen shillings for One Quarter's Salary as Printer to the
State due the 1st. Instant.

That the said Treasurer pay to James Brice Esqr. Eighteen pounds
fifteen shillings for One Quarter's Salary as a Member of the Council.

That the said Treasurer pay to Jeremiah Townley Chase Esqr.
Eighteen pounds fifteen shillings for One Quarter's Salary as a
Member of the Council.

That the said Treasurer pay to Jub Fowler Thirteen pounds
fifteen shillings for One Quarter's Salary as Messenger to the Council
and Keeper of the Stadt House due the 1st. Instant.

That the said Treasurer pay to Benjamin Mackall Esqr. Fifty
