Rumsey Esqr. Fifty pounds for One Quarter's Salary as One of the
Judges of the Court of Appeals due the 1st. of August last,
[p 171] Ordered That the Western Shore Treasurer pay to
Thomas Jones Esquire Fifty pounds for One Quarter's Salary as
One of the Judges of the Court of Appeals due 1st. instant.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning 11 o'clock.
