Ordered That the Western Shore Treasurer pay to Robert Gilmer
& Co. Ninety two pounds, five shillings for so much advanced to
Nathaniel Ramsey Esqr. a Delegate in Congress by Messrs. Willing,
Morris and Swanwick including the Commission of 2 1/2 per Cent
per their Bill of Exchange of the 5th. instant to be charged to the
said N. Ramsey on Account.

That the said Treasurer pay to Mrs. Anne Levascher the Widow
of Lt. John Levascher, deceased Fifteen pounds for three Months
half pay allowed her in Virtue of the "Act for the relief of the widows
of such Off'rs. of this State who died in the Continental Service"
ending the 8th. instant.

That the said Treasurer pay to William Bird one hundred and
sixty eight pounds, seventeen shillings and four pence specie agree-
ably to the "Act to adjust the Debts due from this State" per Cer-
tificate of A. M. Lane's liquidated [p 167] by the Auditor
General the 1st. June last.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning 11 o'clock.
