That the said Treasurer pay to Shadwick Richardson twenty
seven Pounds of the same Emission due him for Bounty on Salt
manufactured by him per Account passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to Archibald Phelps fourteen Pounds
of the same Emission for the use of Snowden Taylor the Represen-
tative of Jason Taylor due him per Account passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt John Smith thirty Pounds of
the same Emission in lieu of a Suit of Cloaths & four Shirts for the
present Year on Account.

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Samuel Theo-
balds thirty three Pounds, eleven shillings of the Bills emitted under
the Act for the emission of Bills of Credit &ca, eleven Pounds six
shillings thereof to be by him retained and the residue to be delivered
over as follows, three Pounds, four shillings to John Hill, three
Pounds, three shillings to Thomas Briscoe, two Pounds to Thomas
Jones, eighteen shillings to Joseph Milburn, Six Pounds, ten shillings
to Basil Hopkins, three Pounds, ten shillings to Richard Barnhouse
and three Pounds to James Richardson the County allowed for manu-
facturing Salt per Accounts passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to Alexander Contee Hanson Esquire
eighty three Pounds, six shillings and eight Pence of the same
Emission on Account of his Salary as one of the Judges of the
General Court.
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt John Lynn forty seven
Pounds seventeen shillings of the same Emission for the use of
Colo Richard Brooks due him per Certificate passed.
That the Clerk of the Council apply to Doctr Scott immediately,
for all the Books & Papers belonging to the old Council, and that
he deposit them among the Archives of this Board.
That Doctr James Murray be requested to furnish Capt John Lynn,
who was wounded at the Southward, with one pound of Jesuits Bark
out of the State Shop.

Robert Bowie of Prince Georges County appointed to Purchase
thirteen Horses on the western shore and George Hanson of Kent
County to Purchase seven Horses on the Eastern shore agreeable
to the Direction of the "Act to furnish the Southern Army with
twenty Dragoon Horses."
