That the said Treasurer pay to Thomas Cramphin four hundred
and three Pounds, sixteen shillings & to Hannah Mauduet one hun-
dred & forty six Pounds, one shilling & four Pence specie agreeable
to the Act to adjust the Debts due from this State per Certificates
adjusted.

Ordered that the Issuing Commissary deliver to Mary Taylor the
wife of Neil Taylor a soldier in the 5th Regiment seven Days rations
to enable her to travel to the Head of Elk.

[Council to Orphan's Court of Balto County]

The Bearer William Deaver of Baltimore County, a Private of
the 3d Maryland Regiment, having lost a Limb the 16th of August
1782 at Camden, is entitled to receive from the Orphan's Court of
said County, the Provision made for wounded and disabled Soldiers,
under the Act of October Session 1778 for the Relief of disabled
& maimed Officers &ca.

Friday 28th June 1782

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Matthias Jones,
twenty two Pounds, twelve shillings of the Bills emitted under the
Act for the Emission of Bills of Credit &ca to be delivered over as
follows, two Pounds, six shillings to Joseph Bennett, eighteen shil-
lings to James Smoot, four Pounds six shillings to Peter Smith, five
Pounds to George Pembroke, two Pounds, twelve shillings to Richard
Fitzjeffrey, two Pounds, ten shillings to Edward Hopwood and five
Pounds to be by himself retained due them as Bounty allowed for
manufacturing Salt per Accounts passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to Martin Norris six Pounds, ten
shillings and two Pence of the same Emission for the use of Doctr
John H. Smith per Certificate passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to Charles Barber eight Pounds, fifteen
shillings and General Harrington Twenty four Pounds, five shillings
and five Pence of the same Emission due them per Accounts passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to Zachariah Ellis one hundred and
four Pounds, six shillings and five Pence of the same Emission to be
delivered over to William Hought due him for a Certificate settled
and adjusted.
That the said Treasurer pay to Christopher Burkheart five hundred
and forty three Pounds, fourteen shillings of the same Emission
seventy nine Pounds, sixteen shillings and eight Pence thereof to be
by him retained for the use of himself and Company of Militia and
the residue to be delivered over as follows three hundred and six
Pounds, eleven shillings and eight pence to Lieut Henry Brim & his
