Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to John Crisall
fifteen Pounds specie to be expended in the Purchase of necessaries
for Hospital and to be accounted for.
That the said Treasurer pay to Matthew Tilghman Esqr one
hundred and fifty eight Pounds, one shilling and eleven Pence Specie
agreeable to the Act to adjust the Debts due from this State p Certe
passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to Ensign Henry Hawkins eight
Pounds, sixteen shillings and three Pence for Subsistance to the Ist
January last and also the further Sum of fifteen Pounds, seven
shillings and six Pence of the Bills emitted under the Act for the
Emission of Bills of Credit &ca for deficiency of Clothing for the
last Year on Account.
That the said Treasurer pay to Joseph Dashiell one hundred and
three Pounds, four shillings and two Pence of the same Emission to
be delivered over as follows forty seven Pounds, ten shillings and
seven Pence to John Dashiell, twenty five Pounds, two shillings and
six Pence to John Sturgis, twenty Pounds, four shillings to Elijah
Shockley, one Pound, twelve shillings and five Pence to Richard
Mills, and eight Pounds fifteen shillings to Colo Ebenezer Handy due
them on Accounts passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to William Hooper Esquire nineteen
Pounds, eight shillings and four Pence of the same Emission for the
use of William Croney due him per Account passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to Colo James Kent nine Pounds,
seventeen shillings and six Pence of the same Emission for the
use of John Emory due him per Account passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to Matthew Tilghman Esqr thirty
three Pounds one shilling and eleven Pence of the same Emission per
Certificate passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to Peter Young ten Pounds thirteen
shillings and four Pence and William Young ten Pounds, five shillings
of the same Emission due them per Accounts passed.

Wednesday 5th June 1782

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to David Burns
three Pounds. Thomas Beatty for the use of Oliver Lindsey six
Pounds, seven shillings and nine pence. John Henry Esqr four hun-
dred and ten Pounds, five shillings and seven Pence. Samuel Groome
Osborn for the use of Thomas Hall ten Pounds. Capt Daniel Brian
eight Pounds, five shillings. Elisha Everett Ten pounds. John Payne
seventeen Pounds, nineteen shillings and six Pence. David Kerr
Twelve Pounds, five shillings and Reubin Jeffers seven Pounds,
twelve shillings and six Pence of the Bills emitted under the Act
for the Emission of Bills of Credit &ca due them per Accounts
