under the like restrictions. Doctr Smith has some Medecines and
Hospital Stores which he is allowed to send by the German Pay-
masters, to the German Prisoners at Frederick Town.
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Colo Thomas
Woolford thirty six Pounds, three shillings for Stores to the Ist
Instant and also sixty Pounds of the Bills emitted under the Act
for the Emission of Bills of Credit &ca in lieu of two Suits of Cloaths
and eight shirts for the last and present years on Account.

That the said Treasurer pay to William Hindman Esquire thirty
three Pounds, two shillings and six Pence of the same Emission due
on a Certificate issued agreeable to the Act to adjust the Debts due
from this State.

That the said Treasurer pay to Francis Deakins Esqr nine Pounds
one shilling and eight Pence of the same Emission for the use of
Basil Carlyle due him per Account passed.

That the said Treasurer pay to Colo Francis Deakins fourteen
Pounds sixteen shillings and eight Pence of the same Emission, four
Pounds thereof to be delivered over to John Hoggins and the residue
to Michael Crager due them per Accounts passed.

Tuesday 4th June 1782

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Thomas Gibson
thirteen Pounds, sixteen shillings and eight Pence — Michael Johns
ten Pounds five shillings & James Dick seventy eight Pounds, three
shillings and nine Pence of the Bills emitted under the Act for the
Emission of Bills of Credit &ca due them per Accounts passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to Caleb Burgess seven Pounds sixteen
shillings and eight Pence of the same Emission due him in lieu of
an Order of the 19th May 1781 adjusted and Passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to James Shaw Esquire forty Six
Pounds, seventeen shillings and five pence of the same Emission due
him on a Specie Certificate settled and adjusted.

That the said Treasurer pay to Edward Burgess Esqr fifteen
Pounds, seventeen shillings and ten Pence half Penny of the same
Emission due him on a Certificate settled and adjusted.

That the said Treasurer pay to Doctr James Murray three hundred
Pounds of the same Emission on Account.

That the said Treasurer pay to Mrs Grahame two hundred & four
Pounds ten shillings and to Archibald Job for the use of Colo Henry
Hollingsworth three hundred & ninety eight Pounds nine shillings &
nine Pence of the same Emission due them on Certificates issued
agreeable to the Act to adjust the Debts due from this State.
