[Council to Honble Intendant]
We cannot pay Roger Trego's Account. From his own Represen-
tation he was draughted in May last, under the Act of the preceeding
October, and if so, he can have no Claim on the public. If he had
been draughted under the Act of May Last, his Account would have
been equally improper.
