That the said Treasurer pay to Thomas Rutland two hundred &
one Pounds, one shilling and Thomas Gray five hundred and fifty
six Pounds, two shillings specie agreeable to the Act to adjust the
Debts due from this State per Account and Certificates adjusted &
passed.

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Capt Robert
Denny thirteen Pounds, ten shillings specie to be delivered over to
Capt Joshua Burgess part of the thirty Pounds directed to be
advanced by the Act relating to Public Creditors and to be accounted
for.

Friday 17th May 1782

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Valentine Murray
eleven Pounds, five shillings of the Bills emitted under the Act for
the Emission of Bills of Credit &ca due on Account passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt John Hanson ten Pounds,
fifteen shillings of the same Emission to be delivered over to Alex-
ander Roby Executor of Walter Brooke per Account passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt John Mitchell sixteen Pounds
eleven shillings and eight Pence of the same Emission to be delivered
over to William Scott due him per Account passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt Adam Ott four hundred
and seventy eight Pounds, fifteen shillings of the same Emission one
hundred and ninety nine Pounds, one shilling and three Pence thereof
to be by him retained for the use of his Company of Militia fifty three
Pounds, seven shillings and six pence to be delivered over to Capt
Josiah Price and his Company of Militia and two hundred and twenty
six Pounds, six shillings and three Pence to be delivered over to Lieut
William Webb & his Company of Militia Guarding British Prisoners
at Fort Frederick per Pay rolls examined and Passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to George Aisquith twelve Pounds,
six shillings and one Penny of the same Emission, eleven Pounds
eleven shillings and one Penny thereof to be delivered over to Thomas
Keimer and the residue to Thomas Hall per Account passed.
That the said Treasurer pay to Lieut Arthur Harris nineteen
Pounds, seven shillings for Stores on Account, thirteen Pounds,
thirteen Shillings for Rations due him & sixteen Pounds Balance of
an Order on the Issuing Commissary for Stores on Account per
Accounts passed and also the further Sum of thirty Pounds of the
same Emission in lieu of a Suit of Cloaths & four Shirts for the
present year on account.
That the said Treasurer pay to David Steward three Pounds of
the same Emissio'n, two Pounds thereof to be delivered over to John
Ellicott and one Pound to Nathaniel Owings due them per Accots
passed.
