The House Met according to Adjournment &c.
Ordered that the Committee appointed to Inspect the Condition
of the Arms and Ammunition &c be appointed as a Committee to
Enquire what Money has been raised for Arms and Ammunition &c
and what Application has been made thereof.
Ordered that a Bill be brought in to Raise Three Pence p Hogs-
head on Tobacco for Arms and Ammunition.
Col Ward and John Rousby Esq^r from the Upper House Acquaint
M^r Speaker the Governour requires the Attendance of this House
Immediately in the Council Chamber.
M^r Speaker left the Chair.
M^r Speaker and the Rest of the Members of this House went
to the Council Chamber. The Governour then made the following
