The House Met according to Adjournment &c.
Ordered that the Committee appointed to Inspect the Condition
of the Arms and Ammunition &c be appointed as a Committee to
Enquire what Money has been raised for Arms and Ammunition &c
and what Application has been made thereof.
Ordered that a Bill be brought in to Raise Three Pence p Hogs-
head on Tobacco for Arms and Ammunition.
Col Ward and John Rousby Esqr from the Upper House Acquaint
Mr Speaker the Governour requires the Attendance of this House
Immediately in the Council Chamber.
Mr Speaker left the Chair.
Mr Speaker and the Rest of the Members of this House went
to the Council Chamber. The Governour then made the following
