It appearing to this House that Mr Dulany, Col Gale, Capt Gor- don and Mr Beale have received Places of Trust and Profit from the Government Since their several Elections to serve in Assembly as Members of the Lower House. The Question was put whether they be Disabled to Sit as Members of this House or not Resolved in the Affirmative.
