M^r Tilghman & M^r Elisha Hall bring the Bill for appor-
tioning the publick Levy which was twice read & assented to
by the Board & sent to the House by Col Lloyd & Col Hol-
land
Lieut^t Col Walt^r Smith & M^r John Salter from the House
acquaint his Excellency the Governeur that they have noth-
ing lying before them who says he is ready to receive them
Advised that this Assembly be prorogued 'till the last Day
of August next
Came M^r Speaker with the members of the House to attend
his Excell^cy & M^r Speaker presents the bill impowering a
Committee to lay & apportion the publick Levy which his
Excellency on the behalf of her most sacred Majesty was
pleased to assent to willing the same to be a Law, and sealing
it with the great Seal of this Province
And then Prorogued the Assembly till the Last day of
August next ensuing
