Company whilst in actual Service per Acct passed by the Aud.
General.
That the said Treasurer Pay to James Phillips forty four
pounds nine shillings for the use of Henry Stump for Wag-
gon hire fifty nine pounds, five shillings & six pence for the
use of Thos Smith and Thirty seven pounds seventeen shillings
for the Use of Capt, Glenn & his Compy p Accts passed by
the A General.
Commissions issued to Walter Hanson, Samuel Hanson,
Daniel Jenifer, George Dent & Richard Barnes appointed
Judges of the Court of Appeals for Charles County according
to the Directions of an Act of the General Assembly.
Mr Miller is requested to have the one fourth part of the
Goods imported in the Brig Lively engaged for this State,
separated from the rest, and sent up in Walkers and Gordons
Galley's, If he finds it convenient the Galleys are to take the
rest of the Goods and they shall be conveyed by water to
Baltimore Charles Town or Elk.
Richard Williams, son of Joseph, a Lad of 14 years of Age
enlisted as a Substitute for Richard Smith and not being an
Able bodied Recruit is hereby discharged from the Service on
Complaint of Joseph Williams.
Joseph Winterson was brought before this Board as a
Deserter and no Evidence being produced of his being en-
listed and a letter from Stephen Steward inducing a Belief
that he did not enlist it is ordered that he be permitted to go
at Large on his own business.
