Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to John
Beale Turner for the use of and to be delivered over to
Zephaniah Turner Esqr One thousand six hundred and thirty
three Pounds, three shillings and four pence the Allowance
made him by the General Assembly in the last Session after
deducting three hundred and Sixty six Pounds, sixteen shillings
& Eight Pence the balance due from him to the State on the
Auditor General's Books
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt Beriah Maybury One
hundred and seventeen Pounds, eight shillings and nine Pence
Balance due him per Acct passed by the Aud. Genl and also
the further sum of One hundred Pounds on Account
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt Joseph Marbury One
hundred and five Pounds per Account passed by the Aud.

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Capt
Joseph Marbury Fourteen thousand five hundred and Sixty
two Pounds fifteen shillings which with the Money to be re-
ceived on the above mentioned Order amounting together to
Twenty nine thousand three hundred and twenty Pounds, he
is to pay over in the following Sums to wit, £686o, to Christo-
pher Richmond Paymaster of the first, £9440 to Thomas Price
Paymaster of the third £6420 to Jonathan Gibson, Paymaster
of the 5th and £6600, to Robert Denny Paymaster of the 7th
Maryland Regiment to be delivered over according to the late
Act of Assembly to the Non commissioned Officers and
Privates of those Regiments
Commission of a Letter of Marque & Reprisal issued to
Benjamin King Commander of the Brig Maryland, 150 Tons
burthen, mounting 16 Carriage Guns two Swivels and 25
Small Arms belonging to Hooe and Harrison and others of
the States of Maryland and Virginia
