Assembly in the whole amounting to Ten thousand five hun-
dred Pounds
That the said Treasurer pay to the said Capt Joseph Mar-
bury for the following Officers of the third Maryland Regimt
to wit, Major Archibald Anderson, Captains Benjamin Brookes,
Jacob Brice, John Smith, Horatio Clegget, William Wilmot,
Captain Lieut Geo. Armstrong Lieuts Francis Revely, Nicholas
Manger, Samuel Farmer, Osborn Williams & Isaac Duvall,
Ensigns John James, John Carr, Nicholas Gassaway, John
McGuire, Thomas Price and Henry Baldwin, Surgeon William
A Dashiell, Surgeons Mate Richard Sappington seven hun-
dred & Fifty Pounds each & seven hundred and Fifty Pounds
for himself the allowance made by the late Act of Assembly in
the whole amounting to Fifteen thousand, seven hundred and
Fifty Pounds
That the said Treasurer pay to the said Capt Joseph Marbury
for the following Officers of the 5th Maryland Regimt to wit
Lieut Colo John Eger Howard Majr John Eccleston, Captains
John Lynch, Levin Handy, James Woolford, Gray and George
Hamilton, Lieuts Richd Bird Jonathan Gibson, Thomas Brogden
Hugo, James Gould, Philip Reid and Benja Garnett Ens James
Woulds, Surgeon John Dorsey, Surgeons Mate William Kelty,
seven hundred and fifty Pounds each the allowance made by
the late Act of Assembly in the whole amounting to eleven
thousand two hundred and fifty Pounds
That the said Treasurer pay to the said Capt Joseph Mar-
bury for the Officers of the 7th Maryland Regimt to wit, Colo
John Gunby, Captains Adam Grosh, John Courts Jones,
Richard Anderson & William Beatty, Lieuts Thomas Mason,
Lloyd Beall, William Lamar, Peter Hardcastle, Gassaway
Watkins, James John Skinner, James Bracco, & Charles Por-
ter, Ensigns William Adams, Patrick Donnelly & Robert
Denny, Surgeons Mate Levin Denwood seven hundred and
fifty Pounds each the Allowance made by the late Act of
Assembly in the whole amounting to twelve thousand seven
hundred & Fifty Pounds
That the said Treasurer pay to Capt John Gordon One
hundred and fifty Pounds four shillings & seven pence half
Penny Balance of Acct passed by the Aud. Genl
Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Capt
Joseph Marbury for the use of the following Officers to wit
Capt Lilburn Williams of the 2d Capt Thomas Lansdale of the
4th & Surgeon Thomas Parran of the 6th Regimt seven hun-
dred and fifty Pounds each the Allowance made by the late
Act of Assembly amounting in the whole to two thousand two
hundred and fifty Pounds
