it should be recurred to in case only that you cannot hire, and
that the People may be taken with their Teams, as little a
while as may be, from their Farms at this Season; we desire
that the Flour may be carried to the Landings nearest the
Mills at which it now lies. Colo Hollingsworth mentioned his
having a considerable Quantity of Wheat to be ground up at
the Mills formerly Onions's, we hope they are what you call
Montgomery's Mills, if so, the Flour may be brought away in
scows in the same Manner as he proposed to carry the Wheat.
From Mr Buchanan's ordering the Flour carried to Baltimore
Town, to be delivered to the issuing Commissary, it seems as
if it was to be issued in Baltimore Town, if it is, there can be
no Occasion to press this Business to the Inconvenience of
any Body, which, we rely, you will avoid as far as you can.

and, we believe, weigh upwards of 12h they, we fear, will not
suit you, if they will, or if there are any on Board Stone's Brig,
& Capt Coursey says he thinks there are, you may use them,
returning the same to us again at the End of the Cruise or
paying for them if lost. We have no exact Account of our
Guns, nor can we at present, be informed whether we have
any others which may probably suit you, if you know of any
others, advise us of them and we shall let you have them if
we reasonably can.
