1.29 Functional Submission
Vendors will be furnished a sample of four (4) estate files not to exceed 400 pages to be scanned as a working demonstration of system proposals. Vendor submit two (2) compact disks that are ISO 9660 compliant with system software responsive to section 2.2 for document retrieval and image viewing. Sample will be used as a part of the technical evaluation.
2.6 Scanner/Document Entry Requirements
a. Vendors should describe image processing production cycle from insertion of documents through acquisition of a retrievable scanned image. The following production requirements are applicable: (a.1 through a.3)
f. Scanner and associated software should provide a choice of scanning resolution from 300 dots per inch to 1200 dots per inch.
h. Documents should be legible when viewed on a 1280 x 1024 resolution monitor or hard copy printed at 600 dpi.
2.7 Work Station Requirements
g. Work station must include a monitor no smaller than 19" with resolution of 1280 X 1024, .26 dot pitch, 75 hertz or greater. SVGA, 2Mb VRAM with PCI bus.
2.9 Optical Storage Unit Requirements
