On 15 Apr 1790, Otho Holland WILLIAMS of Baltimore County made 
complaint in Anne Arundel County against William THOMAS for an 
injunction to stop the cutting of timber on Dulany's Lott #1.

Although David POE purchased this land in Frederick County and 
sold it to Williams, it had not been conveyed to him.  William 
THOMAS of Frederick County was accused of committing great waste 
and destruction of wood and timber, which was decreasing the 
value of the land.
