- 3 ½ lots in Frederick Town, #273, 275, 276, & ½ of #57; 
  this was owned free and clear.                           
- "Dulaney's Lot", 193 acres, on Israel's Creek.

Isaac MANTZ was named guardian of the minor children in 1792.
Valentine was indebted to Frederick GRAMMER at the time of his 
death and sale was held on 14 Aug 1794 to settle estate.
One of the purchasers was Allen QUYNN.
