Andrew ETZLER contracted to sell a house and lott in Libertytown 
to Samuel R. HOBBS for 1000 pounds current money (bonds). Hobbs 
is now insolvent. John RINGLAND, Jr. is now in possession of
property under the pretense he had purchased it from Hobbs. An 
order was passed to sell the property for relief from debt.
