Witnesses - John HAMILTON, Cassandra BROWNING, Rebacke HAMILTON. William CARTER sold his interest to Samuel LILLY. On 15 Jun 1801, Samuel LILLY delivered bond of conveyance to Alexander COULTER, then of Frederick County, now of Baltimore County. 1809 - Lewis BROWNING tendered money with interest for bond from Samuel LILLY to Alexander COULTER, then of Frederick County. On 15 Feb 1809, Alexander COULTER sold to Lewis BROWNING all right and title. File closed 14 Dec 1812.
