Named one of the pre-eminent Baltimore lawyers and judges of the 20th century. First African-American judge appointed to the Municipal Court of Baltimore City by Governor J. Millard Tawes. In 2000, the United States Postal Service building at 3500 Dolfield Avenue in Baltimore, Maryland, was named as the Judge Robert Bernard Watts, Sr. Post Office Building. |
