Document setting out his pre-committee response to charges brought against
him by Col. Ingle with the claim that Baltimore had failed to maintain the
Protestant religion as required by his patent, has persecuted or seized the
property of Protestants, and held a commission from the late Charles I for
the seizing of all ships and goods belonging to Parliament that he could
lay hands on, as well as particular injuries suffered by the petitioner, dated February 1649/50.
