City Attorney for Frostburg.  Former City Attorney for Lonaconing.  Member, Maryland Bar Association.  Past President, Allegany County Bar Association.  Member, American Judicature Society; Phi Kappa Sigma Fraternity; Eagles; Elks; Masons; Shrine; Tall Cedars of Lebanon; Maplehurst County Club.
