Comptroller Louis L. Goldstein, long serving member of the Hall of Records Commission. Goldstein, with Treasurer William S. James and Governor Harry R. Hughes, was responsible for the creation of the new Hall of Records building on Rowe Boulevard which opened in 1986. |
