1. Before this Assembly ended, Gov. Josias Fendall, Nathaniel Utie, and Thomas Gerard joined with members of the Lower House in a rebellion against Lord Baltimore's government in an effort to reestablish a commonwealth.

2. On a trip to England, he did not attend this Assembly.

3. For unexplained reasons Barton, Evans, and Langworth were ruled unduly elected. The subsequent election returned Evans and Langworth, but replaced Barton with Gardiner.
