Captain Berry's Will
Will established. Judgment that the William Berry Warman, an orphan aged fifteen years, comes into Court and makes choice of Joshua Beall as his guardian. On his acceptance and giving bond with approved security, it is ruled by the same Court that the said Joshua Beall take into his possession the real and personal estate of the said William Berry Warman.
