Captain Berry's Will

DECREE

Will established. Judgment that the
will of the late William Berry and
probate be admitted on record.

William Berry Warman, an orphan aged fifteen years, comes into Court and makes choice of Joshua Beall as his guardian. On his acceptance and giving bond with approved security, it is ruled by the same Court that the said Joshua Beall take into his possession the real and personal estate of the said William Berry Warman.

Ruled by the Court that the libellants be dismissed on paying all costs and charges.
