EDITION & STATE INFO : THE EXPLANATORY NOTES ON THE CHART SUGGEST THAT IT WAS FREQUENTLY REPUBLISHED, WITH ADDITIONS AND CORRECTIONS FROM 1861 THROUGH AT LEAST 1884.
