EDITION & STATE INFO : THE 1863 USCS ANNUAL REPORT INDICATES THAT THIS CHART IN PRELIMINARY FORM WAS BEING ENGRAVED IN THAT YEAR, SO THIS PRESUMABLY ALSO INDICATES THAT THIS 1862 RELEASE IS ALSO A PRINTING OF THE PRELIMINARY CHART.
