CADELL, JUN. & W. DAVIES, (SUCCESSORS TO MR. CADELL,) IN THE STRAND." IN 1796. WRITER HAS NOT SEEN THE DUBLIN PRINTING OR THE SECOND LONDON EDITION AND THEREFORE IS NOT SURE WHETHER THERE ARE PLATE CHANGES IN THE MAP. THE MAP ITSELF IS NOT FOLDED. IT COVERS AN AREA SOME 3 MILES SQUARE, INCLUDING THE SOUTHERN TIP OF GLOUCESTER, AS WELL AS THE BATTLE POSITIONS AROUND YORKTOWN. LINES OF FIRE FROM VARIOUS REDOUBTS ARE SHOWN AS ARE VARIOUS SUNKEN VESSELS AS WELL AS THE SHIPS GUADALOUPE AND CHARON.

DATA IS FROM VERNER, SABIN, PHILLIPS MAPS AND OBSERVATION OF THE COPY IN THE HUNTINGFIELD COLLECTION.
