Finding a Vital Record

Vital Records include death, birth, divorce, adoption, and marriage records. Copies of original documents and microfilm of many records can be obtained from the Archives. The Archives also has a number of finding aids to assist in the use of these records. It is important to note that access to some of these records is restricted by law to protect the rights of the individuals named in the documents. Find out more about Vital Records.

On-line topics covered include finding vital records.
