How to View Tif & Max Files
TIF Files
If you are having problems viewing the TIF images and are seeing only an icon for QuickTime that has
been "broken" - then Quicktime needs to be disassociated as the TIF viewer.

Windows XP and Windows 2000 do not have Kodakimg as a plug-in.
An alternative would be to use Alternatiff, or IRFAN.
If you are using Netscape use Alternatiff to open tif images.
MAX Files
To view max files within your browser, you need to have the free
Scansoft Paperport Viewer for windows installed. For Windows XP and Vista, installation is completely automated.
To install PaperPort Viewer in Netscape:
Once you have Netscape installed, go back to
the software directory to /ppview and click on the setupex.exe to install
the PaperPort viewer. When
If the PaperPort Viewer does not appear on
the list of applications you will need to add it. Follow steps 1, 2, 3,
above.
