MDLandRec.net Enhancements

Enhancements to be Included in the Launch:

MDLR Enhancement 1
  • The new home screen combines all search functions that were previously separated into individual pages. The user now will choose which county they want from the dropdown on the top left, but the general layout will remain the same.
MDLR Enhancement 2
  • Once a search has been performed, the search results will now include a quick jump link to the first and last page of a document, along with the standard link to the entire document.
MDLR Enhancement 3
  • In the top left of the website, the user will see a link called "Indices". After clicking this link, the user will be redirected to a new page with a drop down where they can choose a county. Once they choose a county, the system will present a breakdown of all scanned indexes for that county. These will be broken down into three categories.
    • Historical Indexes
    • Retired Indexes
    • Indexes that are part of a land record volume
