Colonel Cooper

Biography:

Colonel Cooper was an enslaved man who was owned by Martha Wilson of Calvert County. 

During the war between America and Great Britain, Colonel Cooper escaped from the home of Martha Wilson. In November 1814, Cooper was in company with British troops at Drum Point.
