Biography:

William Earickson was a property owner who lived in Queen Anne’s County, Maryland.

The war between Great Britain and the United States began was underway in 1814. Earickson’s enslaved man Tom escaped from his property. Tom who was valued at $500 was likely a skilled laborer.
