George Johnson

Jailed as fugitive slave from Somerset County, 1831 

Biography:

    George Johnson fled from Somerset County in the spring of 1831. He was captured and placed in the Baltimore jail on May 2. His owner John W.B. Parsons claimed the man nine days later.
