Biography:

    Colburn offered a 100 dollar reward when his enslaved man James Henry fled in 1856. Advertising in the Baltimore Sun, the Somerset County owner told anyone with information to apply with his local associates "Miles & Sankford, No. 68 S. Calvert St."
