(Salisbury, MD) – Maryland State Police crash investigators are continuing their probe into a serious two-vehicle hit-and-run crash which occurred on Jersey Road in Wicomico County earlier today that left an infant in serious condition and other occupants with non-life threatening injuries. The suspect is identified as Brian Braxton, 42, of the 400-block of Naylor Road, Salisbury, Maryland. He is described as an African-American male, 5-11, 220, with brown eyes and balding. . The injured are identified as Ursula Holbrook, 26, of the 600-block of W. Main Street, Salisbury; her daughter, Brianna Braxton, 6 months; Angela M. Legates, 26, of the 27000-block of Island Drive, Salisbury; and Dean J. Twilley, 20, of the 8500-block of Jersey Road, Salisbury. Holbrook and her daughter were taken by ambulance to Peninsula Regional Medical Center (PRMC) by a passing motorist. Holbrook’s injuries are considered non-life threatening, however, Brianna Braxton’s condition is considered serious at this time. Investigators later learned that Holbrook was holding her daughter when the crash occurred. A child safety seat was observed within the vehicle. Twilley was also taken to PRMC with |
