purposes. Ratios shown are median ratios of arms-length sales
of properties in Group 2 that were sold between July 1, 2003 and June
30, 2004, compared with the Department's January 1, 2004, assessed
value. In jurisdictions with fewer than 10 commercial sales, the
statewide ratio is used. A ratio of 100% is used for property not

information.
