Introduction to the February 2003 Issue

It has been over a year since the Federal Section 508 standards were enacted, and exactly one year since Maryland TAP addressed the issue of Accessible Information Technology in Education. With Tapping Technology's February 2003 issue, we will re-visit what it means to make information technology accessible in the education setting and take a look at how education institutions are doing with this new accessibility challenge.
