APART or A PART: A Study
Access to the Internet by Visually Impaired and Blind People, With Particular Emphasis on Assistive Enabling Technology And User Perceptions
It has been an observation by some in different local groups that people who can read print with a magnifier and those who cannot access print independently without use of a computer have different perspectives on the value of the Internet. A new study documents and confirms this observation. It is included below.
