Description: A young Irish lass, clad in emerald green bonnet and long skirt, with white blouse and apron, the blouse dotted and collared in green, holds an old-fashioned two-pieced black telephone to her ear. She kneels on a wooden stool; on the table in front of her is also a basket holding a doll. On the wall is a calendar showing the date as March 17. The lass smiles pleasantly.
