JOSEPH CLARK
-
Entry in the apprentice binding
book of the Joiners and Ceilers' Company 1742-1764 reads, "Joseph Clarke
son of Joseph Clarke of Braintree in the County of Essex Weaver puts to
Joseph Wing Citizen and Jouner of London for 7 years." Further research
of the Freedom Register of the Joiners and Ceilers' Company 1731-1750 reveals
that Joseph Clarke became a freeman of the Company on 6 March 1749.
